How will my final
cost be worked out?
You will only pay for the time from when your first carton is lifted
from your property and the last carton is delivered to your
new residence.
You will of course pay for the travelling time between the two properties.
But that is all.
We would charge should your job be within the
congestion zone and will charge you the current congestion charge
rate, and
extra charges would apply for any parking costs or parking
ticket if relevant.
There are no more hidden extras.

What happens if I
go over the 2 hour time period intially booked?
There would be an additional cost, but we do charge
by the 15 minute period which would keep any additional charges to
a
minimum.
Please remember there is a minimum charging period
of 2 hours.

Do you supply cartons?
Please look at our packing materials
page, this
will show you our full range of cartons that we supply. We do recommend
that you look at this wbsite and order your cartons online for a free
delivery within the m25 the following day. This will
enable you to
be prepared for your collection, which will in turn make the removal
quicker and at the end of the day

where your goods will be stored safely.

How much notice do
I need to give?
Of course as much advance notice as possible is
preferable, but we can work down to as little as 2 hours, dependant
on what
day and time you would need our services.

Does your service
operate outside the London M25?
We can run anywhere within the united kingdom,
but of course longer journeys would incurr extra charges. Please bear
this
in mind. A good idea would be to call us first for a quotation.

No problem at all, please just call us with
your needs, and we will tailor our service to this. Ask for our special
van and 2
man rates.

What forms of payment
do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards with the exception
of Amex cards. Please note if paying by credit card 1.5%
surcharge
will apply.
